I am confident in my teaching approach and will be supportive to the student ensuring any areas they need assistance with are covered. I have a history of teaching children that I have child minded, this exposure has taught me the many different challenges that children face with their learning. I also worked within a prison for 3 years where I would encourage and assist adult men on learning basic skills such as reading and writing. I am positive and confident in my skills in tutoring students on a one-on-one basis.
I have a passion for all things science and maths having done them at both GCSE and within my degree. I am able to teach all ranges particularly primary school and secondary school. I am a positive and friendly individual who enjoys tackling any challenges that come my way. I would get to know my student and ensure I fully understand the areas in which they need the additional support and maintain standards in all aspects of the chosen subject.
