Hi! My name is Julia and I am currently a third year veterinary medicine student at the University of Nottingham.
I achieved 10 GCSEs all at grades A and A*, and have A levels in Biology (A), Chemistry (A), and Maths (C).
Studying Veterinary Medicine means that I have been keeping up my learning of the subjects I would like to teach.
While I am new to tutoring, I am looking forward to being able to work with students to build their confidence in science and maths, getting ready for exams. I will work with the student to make a plan that tackles their weakest subject areas in a friendly judgement-free environment and allows learning that is tailored to their needs. I will always welcome feedback and suggestions for improvement, making sure that the student feels they are getting as much as possible from lessons.
