About Gabrielle O
Dedicated Med Student, IB Grad; Science, Math, and Languages
Hello!
My name is Gabrielle. I am a fourth year Medical Student currently studying at the Hull-York Medical School. I also have an undergraduate degree from King's College London in Anatomy, Developmental and Human Biology. I am an experienced in-person and online tutor and would describe myself as passionate, dedicated and reliable.
I have experience in teaching students between the ages of 5 and 16 in English, Biology, Math and French. I am able to teach Biology and Chemistry at higher levels, French and English at native speaker levels and Math and Economics at Standard levels.
I am an International Baccalaureate graduate having studied the following courses:
Higher Level Biology
Higher Level Chemistry
Higher Level A-Level English
Standard Level A-Level French
Standard Level Economics
Standard Level Math
Standard Level B-Level Spanish
My teaching style is highly interactive as well as flexible meaning that I prefer to tailor sessions to my students' needs (whatever they may be). Some examples of tools that I use in my teaching sessions include custom practice tests, homework questions, diagrams and flashcards.
Should you be looking to apply for University, I would also be able to offer sessions as an admissions tutor. This might include personal statement edits, UCAS help and interview practice.
I hope that I can meet your needs in a tutor. I look forward to being in touch very soon.
Thank you!
