Languages graduate currently working as a Teaching Assistant and looking to share my knowledge of languages; languages is a great passion of mine of which I aspire to teach in the upcoming years. I understand no student has the same learning styles so I aim to use a variety of teaching styles to suit students. I have previous experience teaching English as a second language at summer camps as well as, as a long history of school work experience in both primary education and secondary education. At my current job, I assist students (years 7 - 9 and year 11) in an array of subjects including French, so I would like to transfer these skills into helping others with their work/studies. In previous years, I have assisted Years 8 to 11 with their French so I am aware of the curriculum and the difficulties students may face when studying and learning an additional language. Whilst working at summer camps, I had to teach a variety of students aged 9 - 17 of different language levels which enabled me to try different teaching methods and see first-hand what works well.
