GCSE and A-Level Maths tutor based in South East London - £30/hour

I recently finished 6th form at the King's Maths School achieving A*A*A* in Maths, Further Maths and Physics with an average Maths UMS of 97. I am currently taking a gap year before going to study Mathematics at a top university in 2019.

My recent experience in the school system means I have fresh knowledge on the A-Level and GCSE maths and physics syllabuses and the techniques required to score highly in exams. I have been tutoring A level and GCSE Maths for over a year and am available to teach students of all abilities.

My teaching style is very collaborative, engaging and focussed. Each session is usually subject based but I can adapt to the student's specific needs, homework can be set upon request. Typically, a session would begin with a run through of the topic (depth here depends on how well the student already understands it) then a mixture of puzzles, textbook questions and exam questions and answers on the topic to consolidate the student's understanding. Our sessions can cover the whole maths syllabus or can be subject focused (especially relevant for A level modules).
